The Problem

Five standalone products with fragmented experiences across data quality, governance, enrichment, integration, and location intelligence. Limited research capability and lack of design maturity.

The Outcome

Transformed the UX operations model by streamlining processes to eliminate administrative burden while implementing integrated tracking systems aligned with each team's workflow. Established research practice by hiring the organization's first UX researcher in three years and creating company-wide research repositories and templates. Built transparency through UX task reporting, modernized the design system with accessible and localized documentation, and fostered a collaborative cross-functional approach to design that celebrates success.
